Common Workflows

Use these patterns when you want quick wins without rebuilding muscle memory in the app UI.

Rename every shape layer to Shape_[index in this comp] and move layers starting with CTRL_ to the top

Add "[FINAL] " in front of each locked layer name in this comp

Animate opacity for Box 1 through Box 5 from 0% to 100% over 12 frames, offsetting each layer by 4 frames

Apply easy ease to all position keyframes on the selected layers and report if any were missing keyframes

Create a null called Master Controller with a slider named Intensity and link every layer starting with BG_ to that slider for opacity

Make the Glow effect on layer Star grow its Radius from 0 to 100 over the composition duration

Change all text layers in this comp to use Montserrat Bold, size 48

Set Gaussian Blur Blurriness to 15 on every layer in this comp that already has the effect

Create bins for Interviews, B-roll, Music, and Graphics, then organize the selected project items by media type

Rename the selected interview clips with the speaker name and a two-digit take number

Build a selects sequence from the clips in the Interviews bin and place the strongest takes in source order

Find pauses longer than one second in the active sequence, remove them, and close the gaps

Transcribe the selected interview clips and add sequence markers at each question

Create captions from the active sequence transcript and keep each caption to two lines

Create a vertical version of this sequence, keep the speaker framed, and preserve the original sequence

Export the active sequence in 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 using the matching social presets
